ACDS Consultants Limited was formed in 2005. The Company assists business owners to source all aspects of Commercial Finance. This covers trading company overdraft facilities, property loans, leasing and invoice finance facilities.
Ajeet Karandikar set up ACDS Consultants after working as Commercial Relationship Manager within HSBC Bank for 20 years. Ajeet’s experience at HSBC covered the full spectrum of banking roles.
He was involved in looking after PLC companies within Corporate Banking, spent time in the bank’s internal Credit Department with responsibility for assessing lending proposals from 70 branches and also ran a mini area of three branches within Birmingham.
Ajeet maintains excellent relationships with a network of banks, building societies, bridging and invoice finance companies as well as many of the new companies in the alternative finance market. Ajeet has assisted a number of companies with negotiations with their existing banks, preparing plans and forecasts to ensure continued support from the bank.
In 2015 ACDS won ‘Trading Business Introducer of the Year’ from Lloyds Bank.
Steve Long Steve Long has joined forces with Ajeet in May 2017. Steve and Ajeet have known each other for nearly 30 years having joined Midland Bank (now HSBC) around the same time.
Steve has over 25 years experience as a Commercial Banker in 3 banks delivering a variety of funding solutions to clients across the UK. Steve has maintained a strong client and professional introducer base from whom he receives most of his business recommendations.
He enjoys providing clients a service that exceeds expectation. Steve is married with 4 children and a trustee with an elderly care charity, he enjoys going to live music events and a variety of sports.
Steve Taylor joined ACDS with over a decade’s experience as a specialist and complex commercial mortgage broker and commercial financial consultant. Having worked on projects across all major cities, Steve has developed excellent relationships with some of the UK’s largest banks. This gives him access to a vast panel of lenders (many of whom are personal friends) who assist him in creating bespoke financial solutions for his clients. This panel also includes boutique lenders who work exclusively with a select list of trusted brokers.
From small asset financing to complex investment property loans; Steve has the experience and strong professional network required to achieve exceptional results in short time frames, where required.
Steve’s passion for giving his professional network access to the best finance available led him to start his own networking group, which is quickly gaining popularity as an enjoyable meet-up for Birmingham’s property and finance specialists. Steve is proud to hold these meetings each month in his home city of Birmingham. They provide a perfect platform for guests to discuss the deals that are defining the market.
Outside of work, Steve has recently become a new father to baby Edward. He enjoys spending time with his family and dining out. As a sports and fitness enthusiast, Steve regularly plays golf and also enjoys yoga, pilates and going to the gym.
