Development Finance

At ACDS we have assisted a number of developers obtain the finance that they need, varying from 2 house schemes to multi apartment schemes.

Over the last three years as the economy has slowly improved more and more lenders are returning to the market and whilst the main High Street Banks are still not wholly active in this sector there are many funders who are.

The process for obtaining development funding is more complicated than a Commercial Mortgage for owner occupation and there are many aspects to be considered from Planning permission, sales potential, Section 106 agreements, Warranties and contractor contracts.
