We regularly assist property investors. One case has been with another broker for a number of months. A member of our professional network introduced us to assist with the deal. The case involved a re-finance from a High Street Lender who was looking to withdraw from the investment property finance market. A finance offer was obtained within 7 days, the client agreed to proceed and the loan was funded within the very tight timescale set by the existing lender. The client has since returned for further finance on other projects.
